Staff offered a complimentary welcome drink on arrival. I also found an ironing room available on each floor, a nice touch! The reception area had quirky games and things such as umbrellas available to hire. Convenient features were nice. The room was clean and had everything i needed. I found it suitable for my needs.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

mixed feelings about my stay

rude interruption early noise

the staff member entered my room without giving me enough time to answer the door. it was around 4 pm, i was changing, and she just scanned her card and walked in. she said she didn't know i had checked in even though check-in is at 3 pm. it. also, there was building work next door that started early in the morning. i could hear builders shouting and banging, so a lie-in was impossible.
